On Sunday May 5th, the St. Louis Tour traveled to the beautiful Lake Forest Country Club in Lake St. Louis Mo. Lake Forest has been host to many prestigious tournaments, including a Nike Tour Event and numerous USGA Qualifiers.  Players faced wet conditions, with tight, tree-lined fairways and fast, undulating greens on a beautiful early May Sunday.

On Sunday April 28th, the St. Louis Tour traveled to the historic South Side Country Club. Opened in 1903, South Side features a uniquely challenging layout with small, undulating greens and tightly lined fairways. The course is a challenging par-71 layout.

Florissant Results

On Saturday, the St. Louis Tour traveled to Florissant Golf Club. First opened to the public in 1964, Florissant features great vistas and shot values of the championship par 73 layout have attracted some of the best golfers in the state for over 50 years. The conditions were nearly perfect, as 73 players enjoyed temperatures about 70 degrees, sunshine and little wind for the second event of the year in the St. Louis area.

Norwood Hills Results

On Monday, the St. Louis Tour traveled to the famed Norwood Hills Country Club (West Course), where Ben Hogan won a PGA Championship in 1948 and the USGA held its Women’s Mid-Amateur in 2018. The conditions were nearly perfect, as 87 players enjoyed temperatures about 70 degrees, sunshine and little wind for the first event of the year in the St. Louis area.

Railwood Golf Club hosted the inaugural event of the Ozarks Chapter of the Amateur Players Tour.  The weather was pleasant ant the course was in good condition with fast, firm greens to challenge all the competitors.  Matt Borgmeyer earned a first place finish in Division 1 with a solid 83.

Tournament Results at Annbriar

60 players teed it up at Annbriar Golf Course for the inaugural Amateur Players Tour event. The course was in phenomenal condition and players battled the high winds to shoot some great scores. Congratulations to all of our champions!

In the Spieth Division (0-3.9), John Todd kicked off the fall season with a great opening nine of 33 that propelled him to the only under-par round of the day
